New students ie those who have not done a 10-day course with S.N.Goenka or one of his assistants cannot be accepted on a one-day course.
One day courses are a valuable way for old students, who are trying to maintain their sila, to deepen their practice. The course is open to all old students who are not practising energy healing on others.
The timetable of a one-day course is approximately as follows:-

16:00 16.45 Discourse
16:45 Course ends
